This study examines the challenges and obstacles faced by Islamic organizations in North America, particularly focusing on the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA). Key issues include language barriers, negative stereotypes about Islam, lack of supportive environments for Islamic work, and limited religious knowledge among the Muslim community. The study further explores internal challenges for preachers, such as insufficient qualified scholars, lack of familiarity with American culture, and language proficiency issues. For administrative leaders, challenges include limited experience, interpersonal conflicts, and competition among groups. The research suggests practical solutions, including training programs, cultural adaptation, professional development, and fostering unity among leaders and communities, to enhance the effectiveness of Islamic work in the West.
