The Literary Services of Molana Abdul Qadir Indhar Panhwari & his Jurisprudential Rare Book “Lataif Ul Uloom”

Abstract

Molana Abdul Qadir Indhar Panhwari was born in educated family in early 13th century in the year of 1208 AD. He was student of Molana Mohammad Yaqub Hamayuni and Molana Mohammad Usman Matiarvi while Molana Taj Mehmood Amroti, Molana Abdul Aziz Threchani and Molana Ghulam Hyder Shah are among his great students. Molana Abdul Qadir Indhar Panhwari was a great jurist, learned reseacher, an author, and great expert in contemporary Islamic sciences. His Bayaz "Lataif-ul-Uloom" is of great importance among his Jurisprudential services. There are two manuscripts this book:  one of them is in Qasimia Library Kandiaro and the second one was possessed by one of his grandsons Abdul Qadir Indhar. I got their copies of both manuscripts and completed this research. Till 1338 AD, no research work on it had been carried out. It was very necessary to carry out a research study on literary work and biography of Molana Abdul Qadir Indhar Panhwari.
