Abstract

The place where one can remember or establish the strong bound with the Lord is called as the worship place. Worship place is considered very important for the followers of every religion. The follower of every religion has a distinct worship place where they can easily and collectively can perform their religious rituals according to the requirement of their religion. So, a worship place is considered as a community centre where all the people following a particular faith collectively can perform their religious rituals. It is considered as the place where one can humbly remember his Lord, by considering himself as the servant and Lord as the master of the whole universe. The closeness and spiritual devotion with the creator of the universe is also felt in the house of worship. It is also considered as the place where the divine being and humanity can meet. The present research discusses the approaches towards worship places of different religions to explore the basic idea and significance behind having any particular place for worship. Every religion has its own distinct philosophy behind having a worship place. The purpose of this article is to explore the significant Islamic Approach towards inclusive peaceful society by attaining true objectives of the worship places in a multifaith society.
