Abstract

The problem of distribution of inheritance is of special importance because the problems, hardships and comforts of individuals are related to it. In the religion of Islam, the rights of all human beings are taken care of. In the eyes of Islam, the basis of inheritance is kinship. It never ignores what she gives for her siblings, parents, children and husband. Accumulating wealth involves a great deal of help from women. Declared her deserving of inheritance. She was given the authority to keep wealth and property and to dispose of it. The shares of women mentioned in the religion of Islam are not found in other religions and laws. The survival of the human race and the beauty of this universe is established by the existence of the woman. Both the woman and the man are the architects of the human race, and if either one of them is removed, the evolution of the human race will stop there. If a man has many rights because of his position and status, then a woman should also get appropriate rights from her existential point of view. If not more than that, at least a woman is of equal importance.
