Abstract

The interpretation of the text requires not only its apparent meaning but also its implied meaning and the indirect indications and inferences that can be derived from it. By deriving the rules of the Shari'ah, the meaning of the texts is implied as follows. It is done in the following ways.“The phrase of the text”. “The indication of the text”. “The meaning of the text”. “The necessity of the text”. They are called related texts. In this paper, an attempt has been made to provide a detailed application of these principles of textual implications and to clarify the jurisprudential styles by presenting some examples while reasoning from the text.
