Abstract

Islam is the religion that man can benefit from at all stages of his life and is compatible with human instinct. It also contains all the answers to life's problems in its laws and principles. All solutions to life's issues are contained in its laws and principles. Political, social, economic, educational, and other significant problems that society faces every day are included in these issues. The human society always needs a person with the ability and authority to solve such various issues and problems, for that person is known to the people as the "leader". The article revolves around four main points, which are: the concept of leadership, the importance of leadership, the basic elements of leadership, and leadership traits. As a result, we must respond to these questions through the article with a statement of applied examples from the life of the Messenger, peace be upon him, as a leader.
