Abstract

In Urdu poetry there is very comprehensive and clear tradition of Hamd e bari Taala. This universe and all its manifestation reflect the color of the creativity of The Creator. Everything in the universe, all time proclaims His glory. All poets, either from any era, tried to express the praise of Allah SWT in their own unique way. Through this article, an attempt has been made to give a brief review about the Hamdiya tradition from beginning of Urdu poetry to the era of Nazir Akbar abadi
